Managed services are full applications for the work around a business: billing clients, tracking costs, and keeping the books in order. Each one has its own sign-in and workspace, so records stay separate from the rest of your account. The API guides are written for people building automation on top of those workspaces.

Anything Invoicing

Anything Invoicing is a workspace for client billing and expense tracking. Create clients, draft invoices and estimates, schedule recurring billing, record payments and credits, and import expenses with vendors, categories, and optional client attribution. The reports view turns those records into revenue, spending, vendor, and client margin totals.

The workspace is available at https://invoicing.anything.solutions, and its REST API is at https://invoicing.anything.solutions/api/v1. API keys are created in Settings → API and are scoped to the organization that is active when the key is created.

Automation

The Invoicing API guide covers authentication, organization scoping, pagination and filters, the endpoint table, curl and Python examples, and the rules for safe retries. Start with a read-only key for reporting, then add a separate read and write key for the agent that creates records.

Writes have no idempotency header. After a timeout or server error, read the record back before retrying so a retried request cannot create a duplicate invoice, expense, payment, or credit.
